Date-Braised Beef
Perhaps you can use a more tender cut than chuck…interesting flavors. The puréed celery root was a gourmet choice. The meat was not bad but some pockets of fat diminished the enjoyment.

Saffron Shrimp Risotto
majority of the asparagus was just woody stalks that should have been trashed and not served. I guess the tips went to one of your premium meals. Very disappointed.
