Andres started working years ago in the food industry, he is one of the hardest workers we've ever seen. He worked at different restaurants in Manhattan, the latest one he's been working at is Extra Virgin. He started helping us create CookUnity from the beginning, a year ago, and was always by our side. Now it's his turn to shine at CookUnity with amazing dishes and a thrive for perfection!

Peruvian Chicken Fried Rice (Arroz Chaufa)
The chicken is not seasoned and looks/taste kinda fake. Like the boiled chicken I make for my dogs. The sauce was good though!

Seared Shrimp & Quinoa Bowl
Brussels were cooked just enough. Shrimp w/ sauce was tasty. Quinoa was tasty. Portion size was great. Very satisfying meal.

Seared Barramundi
The sauce was overpowering so I didn’t use it making the fish bland. I liked the texture of the green beans and carrots except they were too salty. The meal came with half the veggies pictured.
