Since we don't use artificial preservatives, our meals have a refrigerated shelf life of about 4-7 days. Each meal has a "use by" date clearly marked on the label.
Yes! Many Egyptian dishes are naturally vegetarian, like koshari (a popular mix of rice, lentils, and pasta). You can easily filter our menu to show only vegetarian Egyptian options.
Our menu rotates, but you might find classics like koshari (Egypt's national dish), flavorful hawawshi (spiced meat in pita), ful medames (seasoned fava beans), and mahshi (stuffed vegetables), all prepared by our talented chefs.
Each meal comes with chef-recommended heating instructions. Most can be heated in the microwave in 2-3 minutes or in a conventional oven for a slightly longer time if you prefer.
