About
Chef David has been cooking French-inspired cuisine for a third of his life. He has deep respect for Japanese food as well. Growing up in a Hispanic household, he learned first hand how to balance food with all the learnings from his father’s cooking. The traditional recipes from Mexico, which his parents shared with him, bred his love for food.
Chef David promised to make sure that he uses nutritious ingredients to create meals that will surprise and delight his clients.
His mission: To cook food with key sources of vitamins and minerals to fuel and help you throughout the day.

Baja-Style Fish Tacos
This is one of my favorite foods ever normally. I’ve eaten fish tacos, Baja style all over the world. These are the worst I’ve ever had. The fish tasted undercooked. What makes Baja style so delicious is the crispy breading but there was too much fish in not enough breading. It was almost nonexistent and what was there was falling off when I was putting it into the air fryer. The tortillas were way too small. They couldn’t fit hardly anything in them and so I had to eat it deconstructed. The chipotle mayo and the tomatoes and cabbage were good but that was about it. I do a review for every single food item I eat from here and one thing I have failed to mention every time is delivery. Our. delivery driver is awful. She carries the bag sideways and it’s no wonder that when we get the meals they’re all clumped together in a bowl mixed up and mashed up on one side of the tray. It’s not very appealing.

Linguine with Grilled Shrimp & Creamy Tomato Sauce
Pretty good. Not the best macros, especially fat wise, but better than most of the menu. A bit too much sauce for my taste, but it is really a nitpick since we can just not scoop it out. Great meal!
