Salmon is seasoned simply with salt and pepper before getting seared to crisp perfection. It's then topped with a creamy yogurt sauce with lemon and dill and served alongside sautéed yellow squash and zucchini. Simple, filling, and full of summery flavor.
Tasty, but maybe the sauce would be better in a container? The whole container was a bit of a red mess

Smells like B.O. The sauce was like runny ranch dressing.

I could not finish it, the fish tasted funny like old.

Incredibly oily, looked like a crime scene in the packaging. Tasted fine.

There was way too much paprika on everything

WOW! moist salmon; squash sauteed in something that tasted great

It was very good. The salmon was, well, re-heated fish. The fish was good, but dry.

The squash tasted like soap. The salmon was WAY over cooked.

I guess it’s not best for microwaving. All the seasoning seemed to steam off. My 1st time adding salt to a CU meal. The sauce was so thin it dripped off everything I dipped into it. Good salmon flake.

Overall this was really good, only concern is that the salmon was dry, but taste was great!
