This dish takes your favorite fish up a notch a little bit of heat and a lot of flavor. Salmon is packed in healthy omega 3 fats and vitamin D and shines when pan seared to perfection. Chef Andres kicks it up a notch with zesty, zingy Cajun seasoning, which goes really well with crunchy green beans and peppers.

Bland. The sauce wasn’t good enough to carry this dish. Green beans nice. The peppers were full of seeds.

The salmon had bones in it, and it was very, very dry.

Even though the “cajun” had a kick in my opinion it needed more salt and was bland. Cooked via oven, but the fish didn’t come out particularly flaky, actually a little tough - not my favorite.

This was delicious. I’m not sure I’d pay the upcharge for it though considering the roasted red peppers were jarred.
