Kale sets the base of this protein-packed salad, built up with tri-color quinoa and chickpeas. Crumbled feta, toasted almonds, and tangy sumac onions top it all. Served with lemon-date vinaigrette on the side.

This is a great tasting, hearty salad! It’s rather dry though, and should definitely come with more dressing.

Very tasty. Would like more protein in it, but may order chicken or shrimp next time to add in.

This was a great salad and a healthy portion. I only wish there was a full container of the dressing. It was about half full.
