Salmon is pan-fried at high heat to ensure a nice finish on the outside and a moist and tender inside. Chef Andres cooks the salmon with a Cajun seasoning that's full of flavor and packs a spicy punch. The medium level of heat goes perfectly with fresh avocado sauce and a refreshing cucumber salsa to cool everything off.
