Salmon is pan-fried at high heat to ensure a nice, crispy finish on the outside but a moist and tender inside. Chef Andres cooks the salmon with a Cajun seasoning that's full of flavor and packs a spicy punch. The medium level of heat goes perfectly with fresh avocado sauce and a refreshing cucumber salsa to cool everything off.

Pretty good. But cucumbers will make it to you watery. Which makes sense, they are cucumbers.
I mainly ate salmon and the sauce that was provided. I recommend baking a piece of salmon yourself

I can’t put my finger on it, but the dish needed something as a side to bring more flavor.
