Soup's up! This delicious udon noodle soup bowl will warm your belly and heart. Just add hot water to the concentrated dashi broth with thick wheat udon noodles. Topped with a healthy medley of sautéed vegetables such as zucchini, carrots and charred scallions, as well as garlic roasted shrimp and puffed tofu for that extra protein.
I loved it! The tofu was so airy and yummy! I wish it had some mushroom in the package though.

The broth is flavorful, but everything else is pretty bland. Also, this is definitely on me, I should have checked before ordering it, but a big reason

Such a big and filling portion. I can't believe this is sub 400 calories. It was yummy and perfect for a cold day
