Spanish Garlic Shrimp

Gambas al ajillo is an iconic tapas dish of succulent shrimp sautéed in plenty of sizzling, garlic-infused olive oil and finished with a touch of fiery Basque guindilla peppers. Chef Sandra serves the shrimp over cheesy polenta alongside hearty broccolini. The warmth and bold flavors of this Spanish classic make this a staple on her restaurant menus and at her dinner table among friends.
