Still my favorite meal.
But not prepared quite the same way....used to have something that resembled a duxel...now only very coursely chopped button mushrooms...so not as flavorful.

It was good overall - I was confused with putting the cold sauce on the warmed up dish. I have to warm up the sauce a bit.
