Spicy Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Huacatay Gremolata
Arrived already overcooked. If anything beef tenderloin should be packed rare so that reheating doesn’t overcook it. Potato salad wasn’t great.

Herb-Marinated Grilled Red Snapper
The flavor was definitely good, but it smelled a little fishy. But it is fish.

Herb-Marinated Grilled Red Snapper
Subtracting a star because we received NO broccoli! The rest of the dish was well cooked. Sauce was gross, like most CU sauces so I tossed it.

Grilled Pork Loin & Tomatillo Sauce
This one was pretty good. The tomatillo sauce had a nice savory flavor and was not overwhelmingly hot and spicy for a change. I wish the broccolini had been cooked more. It was too crunchy.
