Aji Panca Adobo Steak
Steak was tender and well seasoned - but it's just meat. No side. It is a large portion but didn't feel like a complete meal.

Ancho Chile Butter Bavette
Tasted decent. Very watery, which I drained off. That got replaced by a ton of butter. Suggest draining it, using less butter, maybe adding potatoes? The leeks were just mush mixed in w/everything.

Ancho Chile Butter Bavette
Steak was well cooked, sauce was delicious. Could have used more veggies, but it was really good and reheated well

Ancho Chile Butter Bavette
I was not happy about this option and the fact that it’s a premium selection is upsetting. The steak was so tuff it was like chewing on shoe leather and there were only a teaspoonful of vegetables as a side.

Gaucho Chorizo & Ribeye Steak
I gave it three stars because I do not like steak overcooked I like it medium rare. So far all the steak I’ve had has been cooked perfectly, except for this dish was overcooked. Ribeye is a waste if it’s medium well like this one. I did not like the sauce. Good thing I didn’t drizzle it over everything. Everyone complained about the sausage, which I don’t understand because this is some of the best chorizo I’ve ever had. Potatoes are perfect. Everybody said the red pepper was soggy. Just so you know cooked peppers will seem soggy. That’s how they’re supposed to be. I thought the red pepper was a great accompaniment.
